Really beautiful gluten free bread. I haven't found anything local that's better than this except for a brand's that's called black pumpernickel and you find in the freezer. The only thing I've noticed is that you absolutely must toast it to bring out the best flavor. I didn't love it right out of the bag. I don't follow the directions for toasting though. I don't have a toaster oven so I just put it in a cold oven and turn the oven on to broil so that both top and bottom burners are on. I leave it in for a minute or two but you need to watch so that it just gets very lightly toasted. It's fabulous.

Amazing Allergin Friendly Bread!
The Best Allergin Friendly Bread Ive tried on the market in Canada. Hands Down! Finally a bread that is GF, DF and Egg Free and doesnt taste like it...tastes like a regular multi grain bread. Just wish the slices were the same size as a regular loaf of bread.

Very nice bread
I like this bread toasted or just plain. It has a good taste and makes a lovely sandwich. The loaf is small, but that is because Schar wants you to use it up within a couple days. (The unopened bread is sealed in a special environment to preserve it which is lost when you open the product.) It seems very fresh when opened and the bread is moist and flexible.

One of my Favourites
I absolutely love this brand! This bread has a great taste and does not have that particular taste that certain gluten free breads have. It will definitely be something that I will be continuously purchasing.

We love this bread although it is a small loaf and thick slices so toasting takes longer. I do not like the price increase from 5.99$ to 7.79$! Having to be gluten free and eat the healthiest alternative to bread available is not a choice & it was limited to buy when it was 5.99$. Not impressed with that when its over 50.c a slice to start with.
