Great Tasting Pumpkin Muffins
These pumpkin muffins are pumpkin muffins because of the pumpkin puree.
I put a can of it in the mix.
They are moist,delicious and nutritious.

We bought them as a quick and heathy “homemade” snack. Honestly healthier than if I made them with regular AP flour. Rather delicious. A little dense but that was expected as there’s oat in there. My 20month old gobbled them up!

Super impressed with this boxed mix. Can smell and taste the pumpkin spice unlike some boxed mixes. Quick and easy to make, highly recommend. I’ll probably buy this again before the season is over.
