Best chickpea flour I ever used
Always found chickpea flour to be strong smelling and tasting. However, this Second Spring Organic Sprouted Chickpea Flour really impressed me. The color and texture is much lighter with hardly any smell. I made a plant based chickpea bread with it. The bread turned out beautiful. The taste of chickpea is there of course...but very mild and pleasant tasting. Ate one piece as a toast with jam for supper and it was delicious. I will definitely buy again!!!!
