Definitely my best purchase on this site
Just finished one of these & bought two more AND a travel tin—if you're craving a room-filling gourmand aroma, look no further! The crackling of the wood wick is also SO SOOTHING for folks who like background noise/white noise or are neurodivergent. It makes such a cute gift for anyone who likes candles, or is a host, housewarming, Canadiana care packages...the list goes on! The scent is just so authentic and mood-boosting, and doesn't smell "fake" at all. It's simply one of those truly 5-star products that comes along once in a blue moon. Excellent!

Delicious maple smell in a tin that screams nostalgia!
I grew up close to the "sugar bush" of Quebec, and my class would always be taken out for an excursion there every year when the sap started running. This old-style tin brought all of that back -- as did the amazing maple aroma of this gorgeous candle. I will get it again for sure; I only wish it could be from Well.ca, where this product has been discontinued! (Why oh why is almost everything I love at Well.ca discontinued? ;)

Very disappointed.
I received this as a gift but when I saw the price of this, I wouldn't consider this worth the money. The scent isn't too strong but if you are expecting a very slight scent, it would suit you. The thing that bothers me the most is the paper wick. It sputters and makes quite a bit of noise which is bothersome. I tend to read with a candle around and I had this up at the cottage with us as well. The noise from the wick is very distracting if you're using it in a quiet environment. Also, as the candle burns down, it's not really possible to see the tranquil glow that you expect from a candle. It currently is about 1/3 consumed and I can't see any glow of the flame unless I'm almost beside the candle. Very disappointed.

Love the wooden wick, the candle burns evenly and there is little to no waste.
My granddaughter bought me one for a Xmas gift hoping I would like it. She was wrong, I don't like it I love it!!! It perfumes my whole house.It could be out for an hour and when I come in the back door I can smell it still.I even returned to your site and bought 2 more, and I will continue to purchase more in the future.

Love the scent and the wooden wick!
The scent is amazing and the wooden wick is a game changer! Very clean burning and long lasting candle. I love seeing Canadian products such as this available for purchase which is why I was saddened to see this item discontinued shortly after Christmas. I hope this candle returns to Well.ca at the beginning of the next winter season!

Smells amazing
This candle smells delightful and has a strong maple scent. The wood wick burns cleanly. I have lit it every day for two weeks and it’s only half way through being used. I would purchase again. I would love to see beeswax maple candles in the future.
