Directions: Hold the can 6 inches away from your legs and spray onto skin from thigh to ankle. Use out tanning applicator mitt or hand to blend and then glaze lightly over feet. Wait until touch dry before getting dressed. For best results allow 4-8 hours before getting showered off.
