I bought these for my daughter and when I opened them up and checked the clip, the clip immediately cracked in one spot. Well was really good
about it and within the day offered to send me a new pair and to keep the broken pair free of
Shipping back. I got the new pair in a few days and they were perfect. The original pair must have been defective. Love the boots! I was looking for Stonz but my daughter had grown out of the Scout Stonz and these ones are even better! I tried buying a cheaper alternative but honestly
Stonz are the best!

Really great product. Very very warm even in the coldest temperatures. I like the different ways you can tighten the boots. Liner comes out so you can dry/wash them.
