The Ordinary filtres UV minéraux FPS 30 avec antioxydants

    Description et caractéristiques

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I am honestly obsessed with this product. I am blown away by any sort of bad review. I have tried sooo many physical and chemical sunscreens. This is the FIRST one that makes my makeup look amazing, doesn't dry out my skin, and lasts all day. Yes, it does leave a white cast at first, and it can be a little hard to spread around (of course, it's a physical sunscreen). But the white cast disappears on me in 30 seconds, and it is the best product of my life. I am so happy I found this, and if they discontinue it I will be so upset!!!!!!!! (if you hate this product, you should probably stick to chemical sunscreens, since this is the best physical one I've ever tried - which is a lot).

Rated 2 out of 5 by from How I made it work: use no more than a small pea size amount, PAT it in very well (but stop patting once it starts to appear chalky on skin), use a primer such as The Ordinary’s High-Adherence Silicon Primer(blurring surface smoother & primer), top with brushed on mineral powder (mine contains additional SPF can be reapplied to top up my SPF protection throughout day) . Extreme white cast when over applied, does not “rub” well because it’s so tacky, stays extremely tacky on face. It’s so cheap & sure appears effective, so I’m glad I found a method that allows me to use it. Won’t buy again though.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Smells like paint and makes even white people look like a ghost I'm honestly baffled by the good reviews. This is the worst sunscreen I've ever tried. It smells like paint, and leaves the worst white cast I've ever experienced -- and I'm white with pretty pale skin. I'm shocked The Ordinary hasn't discontinued it. I can only imagine that the people who like this product aren't actually applying the amount that you're supposed to for proper protection (about 2 finger lengths). If you watch Dr. Dray's review of it on YouTube (she's a dermatologist) you'll see how bad the white cast is. Terrible.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not a repurchase unfortunately I was so looking forward to this product as I can’t wear chemical sunscreens. It was disappointing in the grey film that is left on your skin and does not rub in. I looked like a very strange greyish beige colour and has to put a lot of makeup over it to bring my skin back to life. I have very fair skin so I thought the white film would blend into my skin over time but it didn’t. Won’t be purchasing again, at least it was inexpensive.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Unusable….whitecast beyond belief Wanted to live this product as much as I love some of their others BUT…. I am very, very fair skinned and use lots of mineral sunscreens so know to expect a bit of white cast. But this was so white that it looked like clown makeup. It didn’t absorb or fade with time and make up on top just added to the whole clown impression. Not sure that this could ever be a viable option for someone with darker skin tones.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good deal for the price! Believe it or not, I have been using The Ordinary products for around 5 years now, but never tried this sunscreen until recently because of all the bad reviews! I actually like it! Although it does leave a white cast, it goes away after a few minutes. The trick is to rub it into your hands first and wait around 15 minutes before going out. It has a rich texture so depending on your skin, it is not absolutely necessary to use a moisturizer underneath. It might not be as elegant as other more expensive sunscreen, but they price can’t be beat!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Really effective, pat into skin to reduce white cast! I like this physical sunscreen a lot, I have oily skin and I find that my skin isn't as oily as usual at the end of the day! (zinc has a mechanism that stops overproduction of oil). I am a 2.1 in the ordinary's serum foundation and I find that if I pat this sunscreen into my skin the white cast is really minimal (I initially tried rubbing the sunscreen in, and that made me look like a ghost!). But if you're really worried about the whitecast, foundation or even just powder helps mask it. Will definitely repurchase!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I like that it has no smell, how it feels after it's fully rubbed in, and that it doesn't make my face shiny. When I first put it on, the purplish-white cast it gave my face was downright creepy. (I'm fair-skinned and freckled and I don't wear makeup.) After I'd thoroughly rubbed it in it looked OK except on my dark eyebrows so I had to wipe those off with a damp cloth. Given how important sun protection is after the Deciem retinol treatments I also use, the white cast isn't enough to stop me from using it.
