Great product for clear skin, packaging could use some work
I really like this serum. I am not reliable enough about using sunscreen daily, but am in my early 30's and noticing some fine lines / crows feet, so wanted to see if this product could help me with that. I've been using for about 3 months and don't think I've noticed any significant changes in fine lines. I have noticed that this product has cleared up my skin though! I no longer get hormonal acne breakouts under my chin around my period, and the tone looks more even than before. I will continue to buy this product just based on this.
One comment - I wish this came in a larger "value" size, and I wish the pump worked better. I find there is a ton of product left over at the bottom of this bottle that the pump cannot access. The pump technology is also not easily recyclable. The serum is creamy enough that it could come in a small glass jar and work just fine.

They need some quality control
I am leaving one star as this is the third time I have received a bottle with a substantial amount missing. I refuse to pay for something this pricey, when they can't even provide full contents! I have used this product line for several years. Some of the facial creams make my face break out as well. There are several great lines that are made in Canada if that is what one prefers. No more wasting my money.

Smell bad - makes me sad
I want to love this and support it as it's a small Canadian business. But but jury is out - I may have gotten a bad batch as this smells really rank - like someone has blown pot smoke in your face. I have not experienced this with out retinol. It dissipates a little when you put the firming on it. They are sending me a new one so I'm hoping this isn't the norm because the product seems quite solid.

Fav retinol alternative
Been using for 6 months and it’s the product that does the most. I have super sensi skin so other retinols make my skin more red, sensitive and dry and this alternative is better option

Great product... poor package
Very happy with the work this cream does
Im 69 and find its a softer alternative to retinol
The packaging is a disaster though. Currently my bottle is on its side. I'm using the pump to scoop out the product.
What happened to a simple container with a tiny spatula, to scoop out product with out sticking fingers in it.

Love! Switched to this from retinol when I got pregnant. It’s a great alternative for anyone with sensitive skin too but also what’s the antiaging benefits of retinol!
