Effective for Smoothing Feet
I was already a fan of Urban Spa products so decided to try the foot file. I use it when my feet are dry (rather than in the shower or after bathing), after cutting my toe nails, in order to smoothe rough areas around my nail beds and on callouses and heels. I found it effective.

Immediately fell apart
Very cheap quality. The adhesive on mine was completely dried out so the “file” sticker fell off when i opened the package. Would not recommend/ pay a little more and get something you can actually use

Black file came right off
This lasted a whole two sessions on my feet. Once the black file part gets wet, it falls right off. Don't waste your money and get something more sturdy.
