Se désaltérer. Vega Sport® Hydration t'aide à rester hydraté grâce à un ratio d'électrolytes puissants axé sur le sport, ainsi qu'à de la vitamine C pour aider à soutenir le système immunitaire.
A utiliser pendant et après les séances d'entraînement, la course à pied ou d'autres activités pour aider à prévenir la déshydratation.
Mode d'emploi : Mélanger une mesure de Vega Sport Hydration dans 2 tasses (473 ml) d'eau glacée et boire pendant l'exercice, ou boire tout au long de la journée pour une hydratation optimale.
Précautions : Réservé à l'adulte. 1 portion par jour. Ne pas consommer avec d'autres aliments supplémentés. Si tu prends un supplément quotidien, il se peut que tu aies un apport excessif de certaines vitamines ou de certains minéraux. Ne pas utiliser si le joint est cassé.

So Gross!
We normally use the BioSteel powder in our house but it was sold out so I decided to try another sugar free option. Unfortunately this product tastes like chalk. A gross berry flavoured chalk. It’s terrible. I’m normally a huge fan of Vega products. We use their protein powder and the greens but this product is terrible. I’m hoping that Well.ca lets me return and I’ll be waiting until they have the BioSteel back in stock. If you are looking for a great tasting electrolyte that is sugar free and offers all the same benefits I would recommend the BioSteel over this one.

Delicious hydration beverage!
I love Vega's Berry Electrolyte Hydrator. I have been drinking it for years, and it's always refreshing. I only wish they made more than just the two flavours. I tried another brand's hydrators as they came in multiple flavours, but for some reason they irritate my throat. I will stick to my Vega and cross my fingers that they're considering other flavour mixes!!

Tasty hydration
Nice berry flavour. Not that quick to dissolve though, I shake after putting in the water but still get to crunch a few crystals at first. Good hydration, I don't find it too sweet.

This is a great alternative to the many sugar laden electrolyte replacements out there. The taste is good (better cold) and it doesn’t upset my stomach.
