Good taste but no nutritional information
The taste of this extract is quite good, but I wish there was nutritional information on the bottle. Especially for those needing to keep sugar/carbohydrates at a minimum. I did contact the company but no specific information is available.

Excellent Product
I have always relied on Watkins brand for assured quality. Wanted this flavour for making homemade Sugar-less Maple Walnut Ice cream. It gives it a rich maple taste.
