Posologie recommandée : (adultes) : 1–2 capsules 3 fois par jour de préférence avec beaucoup d’eau ou selon les directives d’un médecin.

Easy to take
I take one before each meal to help curb my appetite a bit and to help aid digestion. So much easier than drinking apple cider vinegar mixed with water like I used to do. These are so portable, I can take them when eating out or at friends.

I found my urine had an off smell, had tests done everything seemed okay.
Read about apple cider vinegar, pulp, seemed like it cured everything except taste. That has got to be the worst thing to try and drink. It was hit and miss. Finally decided to try pill form. It really works been taking 2 three times a day. The odor cleared up, took a while. Will cut back.
