Tastes good but pretty high in fat
This is actually one of the better tasting 'protein' bars out there (the actual amount of protein in a bar is only 12g which is pretty low among protein bars). It's also fairly low in sugar, which is good. But it's super high in fat (21g in a single bar) which is definitely a negative if you are looking for any type of workout-related snack.
