    Vendor Marketing Coordinator

    Job Description:

    Well.ca, Canada's online store for health, beauty and baby essentials, is seeking a Vendor Marketing Coordinator. Well.ca COOP is cost effective advertising on Well.ca exclusively for vendors. This position will be responsible for Well.ca COOP, Sample and IAB Banner revenue targets. You must be organized and able to manage relationships both externally with vendors and internally with stakeholders (Marketing and Buying Teams) and be able to work under tight deadlines, fast pace environment within a team atmosphere!

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate, negotiate and secure marketing and sample programs with vendors
    • Create custom marketing plans for vendors that meet their objectives while working within the the confines of their budgets
    • Work with Buyers and Marketing Team to ensure all vendor marketing efforts are aligned with promotional plans and marketing themes
    • Brief vendor marketing programs in Asana - our project management platform - for the timely creation and delivery of campaigns
    • Use Google Analytics to provide vendors with post campaign reports
    • Work with third parties and vendors to deliver sample program and IAB banner targets
    • Secure samples and free gifts for promotional programs
    • Coordinate vendor events
    • Hit and surpass monthly revenue targets for COOP, samples and IAB Banners
    • Compile and summarize weekly and monthly results
    • Other projects as required

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in account management or sales, preferably working with a business with an online focus
    • Diploma, certification or degree in business, marketing, online, digital marketing, or new media
    • Excellent communication skills both oral and written
    • Ability to prioritize and project manage multiple projects with above average attention to detail
    • Experience with digital reporting, tracking and analytics
