    Head of Acquisition

    Job Description:

    At Well.ca, we are looking to change the landscape of health and wellness in Canada and we need your help to do it! We are seeking a Head of Acquisition to continue our rapid customer growth. The ideal candidate is a performance marketer who is excited to push the boundaries creating the most phenomenal customer experience in Canada as it relates to health and wellness.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Plan and execute customer acquisition strategy, working within target CPAs
    • Manage all performance marketing programs - Affiliate, SEM, Paid Social, Partnerships, Display and other PPC programs to achieve and exceed our new customer targets
    • Optimize SEO through content, on-site, off-site and technical strategies
    • Track and report customer acquisition costs (CPA)
    • Test and optimize continuously to maximize conversion
    • Manage relationships with digital agencies.
    • Brief ad creative for all assets required to support acquisition programs
    • Benchmark and track performance to outlined KPIs
    • Compile and summarize weekly/monthly campaign results
    • Other projects as required

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum 5 year’s experience with performance advertising – Affiliates, PPC ads, Google, Yahoo/Bing, Paid Social, Remarketing, Display Ads and other online acquisition channels as well as SEO optimization experience
    • Diploma, certification or degree in business/marketing/online/digital marketing/new media
    • Demonstrated analytical skills
    • Experience with digital reporting, tracking and analytics
    • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
    • Excellent oral and written skills
    • An interest in Customer Acquisition/Growth Marketing and the role it plays in E-commerce
