Ingredients: Sprouted Whole Wheat, Non-Aluminum Baking Powder, Sea Salt
Directions: In a mixing bowl beat one egg until frothy and mix in 3/4 - 1 cup of milk depending on taste. Add 1 cup of Anita’s Sprouted Pancake & Waffle Mix and stir just until combined. Cook on a preheated oiled griddle until bubbles form on top of the pancake. Turn and cook until golden brown on the other side. Enjoy!
