I really liked the flavour, but I also really like both wasabi and seaweed. :) It kind of reminded me of sushi, without the fish. The texture is funny - definitely not like a cracker, more a very thin, crisp wafer that turns to chewy once it's in your mouth. I liked that too, but I can see why people might not. I thought this was great as a spicy, low-cal snack, though the price is pretty high for a package that I can easily scarf back in one sitting. I'll buy again, but already trying to figure out how to make my own at home with nori sheets and wasabi powder...
