This is so unbelievably delicious! Creamy, cheesy. For the sauce, I made mine with less butter and milk recommended. I simply heated up a tiny bit of butter & plain soy milk and stirred in a lot of the pasta water that I saved. I whisked and created a thin sauce then added pasta in and let it all simmer and thicken a bit. I like my mac and cheese with a creamy sauce vs dried up. I cannot wait to buy more
