Apex Botanicals Rhodiola Tincture

Rhodiola rosea (Rose Root) is a medicinal herb that is clinically used to relieve the symptoms of stress, mental fatigue and the sensation of weakness. This herb is commonly used in the naturopathic profession for stress-induced fatigue, cognitive concerns and in the athletic population.

Recommended Dosage: (Adults 18 years and older) Work up from 1 to 15 drops per day to a maximum of 3.5ml 2 times per day, or as directed by your health care provider.

Consult a health care provider prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking antidepressant medication or hormone replacement therapy. Stop use if you experience irritability or insomnia. Contraindications: Do not use this product if you have bipolar disorder or bipolar spectrum disorder.
