Like the soap, but not the spout on this bulk package.
Wish there is the better mechanism on the valve. I like the soap, so bought the bulk package last time. The problem is the valve on the spout is hard to control, and as soon as you open the valve, the soap just pours out crazy. And since the refill container has the small mouth and not see through, it is hard to see how much it is filling up, and when to close the valve. Now I refill the bottle on the bathtub. And still there are lots of spillage. With all the wasted soap, not sure if it is saving money, or environment.

Packaging needs improvement
I love this hand soap and use it in all three bathrooms plus keep a bottle at the kitchen sink. I was glad to try out the refill package. However, refilling is slow and its hard to get a good grip on the spout, I'm fighting with it to tip the box to try to make it faster, the spout keeps slipping out of my grip, I was out of breath by the time the bottle was filled (I wish I was joking lol)! I also store this on the over the toilet rack in the bathroom and have found a dried soap puddle on the floor in the morning. I wanted to love this but I will just purchase individual bottle for now and save my sanity.

Great eco soap
I am a huge fan of Attitude products, they're Canadian, clean, natural & EWG verified. You can't really go wrong with their products. Like some have commented, my first couple boxes the valve was awful (twist to open), but on my newest box the valve was updated (push to open) & it works soooo much better. The scent is light & citrusy without being overpowering or lingering. I have sensitive skin prone to eczema & I don't get any irritation with this hand soap. Cleans well but is gentle.

Love it!
I have eczema on my hands and this soap has been the best for my hands so far! Gentle yet does a great job cleaning! Hands feel clean without feeling dry. Because of COVID I wash hands a lot. Thanks to this soap I don’t have to compromise hygiene with eczema. It has a subtle and pleasant scent. My 6-yo daughter loves it too! It is more pricey but worth it! Super easy to refill.

After trying this soap in the pump bottle, I loved it. I needed a hand soap that cut grease and cleaned dirty mechanic hands while being kind to skin and the environment. In an effort to reduce packaging waste, I thought I'd try buying in bulk. It's nice to know that I'll have hand soap on hand for a long time and I can reuse my bottle over and over.

Ugh, soap fiasco
I love this attitude soap and wanted to cut down on our plastic garbage, so purchased this refill carton. After opening it yesterday, having success refilling a few bottles, then ensuring the spout was closed and putting away, I woke up to a giant puddle of soap dripping down for the shelf, all over our extra supply of toilet paper. There appears to be a hole along the seam and I have no idea how it happened considering it was in the box. So now I have a huge mess, ruined toilet paper and no soap.

Very drying
If you have hand eczema or dry hands I would stay clear of this soap. My hands became dry and cracked after using this soap and the foaming version. I have since changed soaps and my hands have already improved in a few days so now I know it was the soap that was the cause of my dry skin

Love it
Great soap, smells fantastic and doesn't bother sensitive hands. The whole family likes it! Love that I can get a 4L refill and cut down on the plastic waste. They've improved the pour spout nozzle, it's a push button instead of the twist to open so it works much better now.
