Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great foundation. Applies lighter than expected Great foundation with nice buildable coverage. It seems pricey but a very little goes a long way when using correct brush to apply it (bareminerals beautiful finish brush). I highly recommend using the proper brush to apply. I am in my 40s with combination skin so I make sure any dry patches are moisturizer before applying and it looks nice. The only thing I find tricky is figuring out my shade. I wish their number system was a little easier to understand. Powder seems to be lighter than liquid, so I need to select a darker powder shade next time :)

There are subtleties between the different formulas-- I simply adore the shade and effects of this Original powder, SPF 15, Fair 01. I am willing to trade off a lower SPF for the coverage and undertone matching of this particular product within the bareMinerals line. The product looks darker in the pot, but blended over a foundation or a serum or doubling up on sunscreen, it is marvelous. I'm so glad I tried a second type of loose powder from this brand!
