Take Benylin for effective relief of your cough and cold symptoms! This
formulation is free of gluten, parabens, sucrose and lactose and is
cherry menthol flavoured.

Directions: Adults (12 years and over) take 2 teaspoons (10 mL) every 6 hours. Maximum of 8 teaspoons (40 mL) per day. (Not recommended for children under 12 years.)
CAUTION: KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. Talk to a Doctor before using this product if you have asthma, chronic lung disease/shortness of breath, persistent/chronic cough, or are pregnant, breast-feeding, or taking a drug for depression, including monoamine oxidase (MAO) inhibitor drugs. Check with a doctor if cough worsens, lasts more than 7 days, or tends to recur or if you also have excessive secretions or fever. Do not take more than the recommended dosage.Should you require consultation with a pharmacist, you may contact our Well.ca Pharmacist.

Always have a bottle
I used this last after getting sick (with a cold) the day after getting my flu shot this year. It's only then when I'm coming down with a cold that I'm glad I had half a bottle left in the cupboard. Benalyn did help me with the cough and awful "stuff" in my lungs feeling. The thick syrup cools and soothes the throat too. And personally I find the "cold medicine" flavour delish in a placebo way, like "yes it's working and fixing everything" taste.

Amazing Product
This is an amazing product! My husband and I are always sure to have this stocked in our medicine cabinet! As soon as we feel any signs of a cold coming on, we are sure to take the recommended dose before bed and by the next morning we are feeling much if not 100% better! Does not give us that drowsy feeling and allows you to have a comfortable sleep despite your cold symptoms! I highly recommend this product!

Rash or itching
I develop rash and itchy after taking 10ml once. I never had any reaction on meds before, it start it after 2h taking this syrup. Very disapointed.

Fast Acting
I have used other Benylin products and always found them to be very effective, and this one was no different. I recently had a cold that was centered mostly in my chest, leaving it feeling full and congested and uncomfortable. This broke up the congestion very quickly, allowing me some relief for the first time in a couple of days. Highly recommended!
