Directions:
Ultra Cream: Once or twice a day - 7 days a week. Apply Atoderm Ultra Cream on your skin after cleansing and gently drying. Gently massage until fully absorbed.
Shower Gel: Once or twice a day - 7 days a week. Apply on wet skin. Work into a foam. Rinse well. Gently dry. Then use a skincare product from the Atoderm range.
