I use this to make my grandson's Protein-Packed Pancakes by tweaking the recipe for GF&DF and adding a good heaping tbsp of flax meal. No need for baking powder as it is in the mix. Best pancakes ever! http://www.chatelaine.com/recipe/breakfast/protein-pancakes/

This is a fabulous mix for biscuits! I haven't used it for anything else. The biscuits are delicious hot out of the oven but good the next day too, heated in the microwave. It has been increasingly difficult to find so very pleased I can get it here :)

As a mom of a child who is gluten, dairy and egg free, this biscuit mix meets my needs perfectly. I sub regular shortening for vegan shortening and use rice milk for the water/milk that's called for. Biscuits have a slightly different taste from gluten baking mixes but my family loves them. Saves me the time of mixing my own biscuit mix with great results.
