As a mom of a child who is gluten, dairy and egg free, this biscuit mix meets my needs perfectly. I sub regular shortening for vegan shortening and use rice milk for the water/milk that's called for. Biscuits have a slightly different taste from gluten baking mixes but my family loves them. Saves me the time of mixing my own biscuit mix with great results.
