Bob's Red Mill Toasted Carob Powder, is made from the dried pods of the carob tree, and is a healthy substitute for cocoa and contains no fat. Use two parts carob powder to replace one part cocoa in your favorite recipes, or use three tablespoons of carob powder plus one tablespoon of water in place of each square of chocolate.
