Not Cool Shrinkification
Love the product but now see you are just like all the other companies out there - shrinkifying. It is understandable that you might need to put up prices in this economy but please don't try to deceive your customers. It makes you no better than the rest. You've gone from 6 mega rolls which were great with 275 sheets so you did not have to change the roll so often to 9 smaller rolls with 198 sheets for the same price but it works out to 132 sheets less. I guess you thought none of your customers would have an old package on hand or that we would be duped by the higher number of rolls on the new package. Not cool. Please don't post a patronizing note for me to call you and have a 1 800 chat about this.

I have no complaint about this product itself. I order it every month and appreciate the environmental considerations. I was very disappointed to open the package this month to discover 9 much smaller rolls at the same price. I am feeling deceived. I tried to send a comparison photo but the #2 add photo interface is inoperable.

Great product. Terrible shrinkflation.
This is a very good product. I love that there is no plastic packaging.
The only negative feedback is re: shrinkflation. Each roll used to have 275 sheets, now only 198 sheets per roll. That is significant. I'd personally prefer they kept the old size and raised the price so I don't need to buy TP every week. Or stop calling them 'mega rolls' because that is extremely misleading. People DO notice when products change, so why not just be transparent about it?

Shrinkflation?
I am super disappointed by the shrinkflation in this product. I was very pleased to find this Canadian made and eco conscious tp. The roll size and cost were also economical. But my most recent purchase revealed smaller rolls for the same price. What gives?

Better than the Cottonelle
Honestly, compared to Cottonelle: the rolls are larger, the sheets are softer and it doesn't leave white paper fluff stuck to your privates. I will NEVER buy Cottonelle again.

Awesome
I am super happy for this option. I just discovered it today. Love that it is wrapped in paper and not plastic. I will be switching to live bonterra brand only. Really good size rolls, soft and helping the environment. You cannot go wrong.

Shrinkflation and Cheapness
When I first bought Bonterra bathroom tissue I thought it was great. It used to be much larger, soft, and was superior to other brands. Obviously this high standard and value for money was a hook to reel the consumer in to switch to this brand.
A year later, and here we are with smaller rolls, the 3 ply becomes separated, and it's rough, cheap and uncomfortable to use in sensitive areas.
I'm also really disappointed that a marketing strategy such as this one implies that the average customer is stupid. In reality, customers will just change back to their previous brand, sales for Bonterra will decline, so what was the point?

Great stuff
I switched a year ago. Love the paper packaging. Love the fact that it does not have the fluff flying all over the bathroom. Great for septic tanks as well. Love what Bonterra does for the environment. So happy I switched!,
