In the past I would have rated the facial tissues as more than five star, but now they're just like every other tissue out there. The facial tissues have changed, but I'm not sure when (sometime in 2023 though). They used to be extra large and strong. You couldn't blow a hole through them when blowing your nose and one tissue would clean up one entire nose-blowing session. Now they're smaller, less strong and you need about three to get through one nose blowing session, while blowing holes through it and getting snot on your hands.
Please change back to the original formula/style where the facial tissues were more the size of a napkin and had integrity to the material.

Great facial tissue
Brilliant tissue and brilliant packaging. Maybe not s fluffy as others but I find with others I end up with a nose full of the fluff. This does the job and does it very well. And I love the packaging. Others have mentioned issues with accessing tissues when the box is half empty. There is the same problem with cartons that use plastic. This packaging is all paper--it's a great packaging design. Completely recyclable. And it is a great product. Thanks for this!

Weak engineerig and frustration when pulling.
In all my years of using facial tissues, i have never been so let down. Kimberly-Klark has been the gold standard and the untouchabel market cap for years. Kruger comes along and can't poach proper engineers to make a competetive product. Every single time i use, rather, try to grab one of these tissues, about 10-16 come out all at once. The tabs on the pieces are too thick and the resistance on the useless paper to kep all the rest of the tissue in the box, are still too weak, thus you get a train of tissue flowing out of the box.
1 star because it's white.
1 star because it doesn't blow through when i'm using.

Amazingly reasonable
These Bonterra products are great. Bought their facial tissued one time to be pleasantly surprised. All their products have the obvious sustainable benefits, but one that flier under the radar is how much MORE you get at the same package size as all other brands! They pack twice as much per package / box / roll, which makes me think that the other brands are fooling us AND being less sustainable. These are great, Canadian, sustainable, reasonable and simply the better choice.

Product changed, for the worse...
I agree with the other reviewer; this product has changed, both in terms of quality and price, within the past few months. When it originally came out, it seemed superior to all other brands in Ontario - thicker, and you didn't need multiple tissues. But now, it's just like every other one on the market, and the price has gone up 15-20%. You might as well buy whatever is on sale (or if you can, pick up any European tissues, they are all so much better!). These started off well but sadly are now a disappointment.

Better for the environment and better for me!
I have been buying Bonterra products for years now. Especially their facial tissue. One of the things that I love is that there is no dust flying out of the box when you pull the tissues out. Most other tissues Express more dust into the environment and that makes me sneeze and cough. Bonterra does not do that. It saves my nose.

I am using this product for the first time today. Love that I can use one tissue per blow and it stands up better than any other I've used. Great packaging and love it was made in Canada. I live in rural Saskatchewan and sadly, the store I bought it from is no longer carrying this product. No ability to buy unless I happen to be in rhe city and go searching for it.
