Tasty! The texture is what you expect for a "protein" peanut butter ... a little gritty but I don't think that overpowers the yummy taste. I used it in a recipe for rice crispie squares. Half cup of honey boiled on the stovetop for a minute. Mix in half a cup of peanut butter, half teaspoon of salt if desired. Pour over 4 cups of rice crispies and pack that down firmly into your parchment-lined dish. Better for you than marshmallows!!
