This is amazing!!
I tried the BUFF Original Bison Snack Sticks and honestly, they surprised me. The flavour is mild but really satisfying — not overly salty or greasy like some traditional meat sticks. You can taste that it’s real meat, and it feels more substantial than the average grab-and-go snack.
I like that they’re nitrate free, gluten free, and don’t need refrigeration. It makes them easy to toss in my bag for busy days, errands, or when I realize I haven’t eaten yet. They’re simple, high in protein, and actually filling without feeling heavy.
Definitely a convenient option when you need something quick that still feels like real food.

Smoky and Salty
This is delicious! It’s the perfect amount of salty with that great classic smoked flavour. I never had bison before trying these and I wasn’t sure what to expect but it just tastes like tasty beef to me! These are perfect for on-the-go, whether it’s on a hike, road trip, or bike ride. I love having one in my bag ready for my morning commute so that if I have to skip breakfast while running to catch the bus I have these ready to rescue me! They have the protein I need for a burst of energy to keep me going. I love that they’re Canadian-made and just taste amazing!

Best go to protein snack
Really enjoyed these! The texture is softer than regular jerky, which makes them easy to eat, and the flavour is clean and simple without being too salty. It tastes like actual meat and not super processed. It’s also really handy for on-the-go going to school, work or just anywhere out and about and I like that it makes me feel good about having a healthier protein snack. It’s Canadian made by a women and doesn’t need to be refrigerated an Sometimes I don’t want a sweet protein bar and I want something more savoury and this comes in clutch

Awesome portable snack
We tried both this and the chipotle. My son in JK loved this for his snack and asked to pack it every day. I actually brought these to work and shared with my coworkers to get some varied feedback. Everyone loved them and was surprised about how good they are! As someone who doesn’t have a sweet tooth and hates the usual portable snack options of granola bars etc I’m always looking for savoury snacks I can throw in my bag and take to work and these were great. I also feel less guilty about giving it to my kids since they're nitrate free and less processed

The Original BUFF Bison Snack Stick has an awesome savoury flavour that highlights the quality of the meat, but it's not overly salty or heavily spiced which I really enjoyed. It has a satisfying texture and it's a perfect convenient and protein-packed snack that’s perfect for busy days and outdoor activities like walking my dog. Their all-natural, nitrate-free, and gluten-free, so this makes them an easy choice for anyone looking for a wholesome Canadian-made snack. This is my favourite flavour out of the two I enjoyed!

am genuinely so impressed with Buff Bison sticks. As a busy mom, I’m constantly reaching for something quick, high protein, and actually satisfying, and these are now my number one grab and go snack. The flavour is amazing (not too salty, not too processed), the texture is perfect, and they keep me full way longer than any other protein snack I have tried.
I also love that they are Canadian made and women owned, and it makes me feel good supporting a brand that cares about quality and community. The ingredients are clean, the packaging is practical, and I have already told so many friends about them. I love pepperettes, jerky and any sort of meat stick. I've tried a variety of products including kangaroo, bison, elk, bear. I quite like the texture of a bison stick. I love that these products do not have nitrates and are gluten free. I try to choose products that have clean ingredients that I can pronounce. The stick itself was tender and was a light flavor. The original flavor is perfect . Not gamey or strong.
