Indeed, just go back to the old formula.
I'll go with the others and say, the first time I bought this, like 3 years ago, I fell in love with the smell and the feeling it left on the skin.
It still kinda does a good job, but I was instantly disapointed from my 2-3 last purchases as the smell is very decieving and I'm not quite sure the feeling on the skin is the same as it was before..
Like almost everybody is saying, why don't you just go back to the former formula EVERYONE loved!?

Disappointed with New Formula
The old version Was light and cooling on your skin. It has a fresh scent that I loved. The new formula smells awful and the texture of the cream is thick. Please go back to the original formula. I will not buy or recommend this product again if it stays with this new formula.

So disappointed
I feel like I’m just adding to a chorus, but I’m so incredibly disappointed. I was expecting the smell to take me back to all my beach days, but no. I’m not convinced the cream is any better than any of the other creams I have already.

Change is not good!
Bought two bottles not realizing the formula has changed! After Just opened up a new bottle and used on my kid -could not figure out what smelled so terrible and the consistency is different. Checked the ingredients against the older package and saw the changes. It went straight into the trash! I know you think you are ‘improving’ on something… I have used this product for years and have sworn by it (as someone who burns easily). Please go back to the old formula!!!

Horrible new smell
I used to be a religious user of the Burt’s bees after sun care. For over 14 years. Now , this new product has a horrible smell and I absolutely hate it! I would do anything. To get the old formula back. I can see I am not alone on this. Why change something that was good? This is a horrible product.

Not so natural anymore
Our family has used the after sun soother for years because it actually worked. Most of the natural ingredients have been eliminated and so has the effectiveness. You sold out and made the after sun soother useless and weird smelling. We will no longer buy this useless product.

Bring back the old formula please!
I bought this today, after I ran out of my old bottle, and am sad to say that the change in the ingredients are not for the better. This new version is not creamy, and smells too citrusy (indeed, like bug spray). Please bring back the old formula Burts Bees!

Burts Bees after Sun Soother
This lotion was amazing, it worked well for my second degree burns that lasted 2 weeks, it and made my hot skin and peeling waaaay less itchy! Great product!!! Cooling and not greasy and hydrating! I highly recommend this lotion... 2 thumbs up!
