Where is the metal tin 8.5g format?
Please bring back the 8.5g metal tin beeswax lip balm. Better for the environment than plastic tubes, easier to get all the product out, doesn’t roll off surfaces and a much better price. This was the one item I would bring on a deserted beach. What have you done?!

Love it!!
Ive been using berts bees beeswax lip balm for about 4-5 years now and its the only one i will use!! Its amazingly soft, and lasts hours. Two sticks of balm last me a full year.

Is the product changed?
I’ve used this original product for years and been very happy. Now you add peppermint so strong that my lips tingle every time I use it! Why don’t people leave things alone? Why does everything have to have this or that flavor? Is it possible to buy the ORIGINAL?

Used to be my favorite
I'm so incredibly sad! Burts Bees original peppermint used to be the only thing that would keep my lips from chapping & now I have an awful reaction every time I try to use it. I bought my most recent box of 5 from a local vendor & have spent the last two weeks trying to tame the chaos that's since happened to my poor lips! Luckily I had a bit left of an old prescription antihistamine cream on hand or I would've had to go to urgent care it was so bad? Why on earth would you guys change such a lovely dependable product? I have no what I'm going to use from here on out... so upsetting

Fantastic
I developed a problem a couple of years ago and using my lip balm made my lips feel like they had been burned with hot coffee.... I was told to just use plain vaseline... this worked, but it wasn't the best choice. I found out about Burt's Bees All Weather Lip Balm and boy did it work.... I can't buy this one in Canada, so I purchased quite a few of them in Florida to make sure I had enough to last. What I would like to know is "Are all your lip balms hypoallergenic? I purchased the All Weather as it has SPF in it. I know I can purchase other Burt's Bees lip balms here and would like to know if there is a difference so that I may be able to get some here if there isn't a difference. I appreciate your help.

Bought for the first time and not happy with it.
I bought this last week, I expected it to go on soft and smooth BUT the opposite, it was hard and when i applied it to my lip and I got a reaction of a swollen lip. Not happy and wasent cheap. My first time and bought a pack of 3

Hate the new caps- almost enough to change balm
I have been using Burt's Bees lip balm, just the original, for years and years. I don't use anything else. And yet, the new thinner caps (that crack SO EASILY) are so frustrating that I'm thinking about looking for another staple lip balm. I don't know why Burt's Bees would do this. The caps crack right off the bat, get worse as time goes on, until they literally won't stay on the balm. It makes them unusable, which is just unacceptable for a product that you pay top dollar for. PLEASE bring back caps that don't break so I can keep using your product!

Desperate for the BB tin from
So disappointing that the tin is discontinued
I am looking everywhere and will pay anything for the tin version that is discontinued. The tube formula is not the same and I am desperate for it! So sad.
