I love the smell of this shampoo. But if you have naturally more greasy hair, don't use this shampoo. I used this and the conditioner, and my hair would just be flat and greasy after a day. Maybe it was an overkill to use both mango seed butter for both the shampoo and the conditioner, which seems to stuck to my hair rather than cleaning it. It's too bad because I really like the smell.

I turned to this shampoo because I have thin, dry hair and needed something moisturizing but not so softening that it would make my hair flat. Burt's Bees Mango Shampoo seems to do the trick when combined with the mango conditioner. It certainly doesn't leave my hair feeling grimy or dirty. It's clean and soft after washing, but not slippery clean, so it's easier to style. Also, I noticed after the first shampoo that it does make my hair shinier, which surprised me, as beauty products don't often seem to live up to their claims. In fact, after I used the shampoo and conditioner for more than a month, my hairdresser also noticed the increased shine and wondered what I was using. My hair is also much less dry. I'm very glad Well.ca carries it, as no one else in Quebec seems to, and I hope to be able to continue using it.
