It seems to do as it says it should!
I bought this tea with the hope of it helping me to sleep better. It appears to be working and I'm sleeping much better since drinking this tea before bedtime!

I was enjoying another lavender chamomile tea and found that this one was actually less expensive so I decided to try it. Really glad that I did because it's amazing! Beware drinking it at work, it is so calming that it'll make you want to have a nap!

So soothing!
I bought this for my mom and I to try and we LOVE it!. It smells beautiful! The lavender and chamomile go so nicely together. It is a very mellow flavour and quite relaxing. A perfect bedtime tea! Will definitely buy again.
