Love this tea. If you have trouble sleeping, I would recommend you add this tea to your nightly wind down routine.

5/5 because it's actually quite a nice flavour, especially with just a little bit of honey; it brews well; is better priced than other "medicinal" teas of the type, and seems to work pretty well. Seems to help me get to sleep and stay asleep well -- it's been great for getting to sleep earlier, or being able to fall asleep earlier when traveling (sometimes a problem). I've not tried anything else with the valerian, but that seems to be the important addition here, 'cause normal Sleepy Time doesn't do much for me.

Very tasty tea and I enjoy it simply for that reason. The fact that it may help one sleep is an added bonus. I highly recommend this product.

Great product ! Helps with sleep, much more effective then regular sleepy time tea with just the chamomile.

Sleepytime extra has a nice minty flavour. This tea is the perfect way to unwind before bed.

A very nice, mild flavour that isn't too sweet. I do find it helpful with getting to the point of sleep, but it doesn't do much for sleep quality. One of my favourite sleep teas though!

It helps to get to bed as part of a routine, but it's not magical. However, the taste is totally acceptable. I find that too many of these teas taste too bitter or too strong, but this one goes down nicely.

Certainly shouldn't be used in place of a legitimate sleep aid (says this right on the box), but it's a great choice for fans of the regular Sleepytime tea. Stronger, bolder taste that will definitely help to provide relaxation before bedtime.
