This humidifier works well and releases a decent amount of mist in to the air. It also looks nice in my daughters nursery. I only have it three stars though because the light inside it lights her room up like its day time and so I have to wrap a towel around it to block out the light. Very silly design choice for a baby humidifier!

This humidifier works quite well and I love the sleek design.
The power light shines through the water tank and it gives the whole room a green glow - I find it much too bright for my liking.
I notice that if the baby wakes up in the night, she stares at it, so I think she finds it distracting.

This is a high maintenance appliance. It has to be refilled at least once a day and once a week it has to be cleaned with water and vinegar. Of course it is important to keep it clean and once you get into the routine it's not too bad. The tank is very slippery when wet, so be sure to wipe it off thoroughly and also dry your hands before placing it on the base. Also, there is a green light inside the tank which is always on and gives the room a nice moonlit look, so it is not good if you want a perfectly dark room to sleep in. I use a sleep mask so the light doesn't bother me. The humidifier does raise the humidity to an adequate degree so I am happy with it and would recommend it to others.

I bought 2 of these the first one lasted a year then the fan started making noise and then it quit vaporizing the water. Bought a second one and it wouldn't turn on right out of the box. Kept playing with the on switch and it finally came on used it for a few days and the fan started making noise intermittently and the on off works sometimes. Will not buy another. Other than that it is good unit directs the mist where u want it.
