Nice but often damaged...
I love Derma E products and I love Well.ca; I have used both many many times in the past. However, it is the third time that I order Derma E cleansers on Well.ca and that there is a problem (although there were a few orders where there was no problem). The first time the cleanser arrived and the lid was broken and the cleasner leaked in it's bag. I was refunded no problem.The second time the top part of the lid was broken so that it could not pump the cleanser out, I had to unscrew it and pour it out. I did not bother to contact Well.ca because it's not that big of a deal, but still annoying. The third time is probably the worse though. The cleanser was slightly darker in color than usual. I brushed it off as I know this can happen with natural product. But when I started washing my face with it it smelled like mold. Really disgusting. I had to quickly clean my face off with another cleanser and threw out the whole bottle. Kind of disappointing as this is normally a good cleanser, I did not have problem when I bought it in a physical store and this is the only product with which I had problem on Well.ca. Still putting 2 stars as the cleanser itself is great, but maybe buy this one in-store.
