Smells bad
I usually avoid fragrance in skincare as it’s unnecessary and can be harmful to skin but in cleansers I avoid it less because it washes off. But this has fragrance and smells so bad! It’s not enjoyable to use because of the poor smell. If they’d remove the fragrance of make the fragrance actually smell good that would be awesome. But there’s definitely better cleansers in this price point.

Terrible product
i have used this product for a year and when i bought a new bottle this year in Sept, the packaging was different and product was more thick in consistency and darker in color more so i had a very bad reaction on my skin after using it ..worst when i rang the number indicated on the bottle it was answered by a staff and was promised she will get the manager to ring me but its been two months no calls, pathetic customer service.

Very gentle cleanser
I’ve always really liked Derma-e products and have been using them for a decade. This is very gentle on my early 40s skin and doesn’t dry it out too much.

Great Ingredients. Too stripping.
I really wanted to love this product. The ingredients are lovely and for a reasonable price. The smell is light and pleasant. The packaging is great and the pump works well. It's easy to close the pump for travel. Unfortunately this cleanser is dehydrating for my dry and sensitive skin. I need a more gentle formula as my skin feels tight and very dry after use. The cleanser forms a slight foam when blended in. It takes several rinses to fully wash off.
