A rich and velvety European style drinking chocolate with warm undertones of dried plum, tart cherry and jasmine just add milk. Handcrafted using ethically sourced cocoa beans from Maya Mountain Co-op in Belize.

  1. In a small saucepan, bring 1/2 cup milk to a simmer (not quite boiling) over medium heat. Use whole milk for a rich and creamy drinking chocolate.
  2. Reduce heat to low and whisk in 32 grams (about 1/4 cup) of chocolate. Continue whisking over low heat or use an immersion blender until all chocolate is completely melted.
  3. Pour into your favourite mug, sip and enjoy!
Note: For a lighter version, reduce chocolate to 16 grams (2 tbsp).
