Description
The mint family is very large: there are many species, each with its own scent. Mentha arvensis, also known as Corn Mint, has a very fresh, menthol-like and spicy scent. It’s an ornamental perennial used in cooking as a condiment. Its leaves are used to season both salty and sweet dishes, salads, meats and soups. When diffused, its invigorating scent helps freshen the air.
Mint – Arvensis essential oil is used in aromatherapy as a carminative and antispasmodic to help relieve digestive discomfort as well as to help relieve cold and cough symptoms.
Method of Extraction: Steam distillation
Odour: Minty, strong

Colour: Colourless to pale yellow
How to Use: Topical (Adults): Mix 1 to 5 drops in 1 teaspoon (5ml) of vegetable oil; apply locally 3 times a day.
Inhalation: Add 4 to 12 drops to a bowl of steaming hot water or a diffuser. Inhale slowly and deeply for 5-10 minutes.
FOR EXTERNAL AND OCCASIONAL USE ONLY. DO NOT TAKE ORALLY. DO NOT USE ESSENTIAL OILS UNDILUTED. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.
