Ecoideas Red Palm Oil contains Linolinic acid (Omega-6 fatty acid) and does not contain trans-fatty acids. It remains heat stable at medium and low temperature cooking. It also contains vitamin E and vitamin A in the form of carotene. In addition to vitamin A, red palm oil also contains more than 20 other carotenes (including lycopene), at least two forms of vitamin E and vitamin K, CoQ10, phytosterols, flavonoids, phenolic acids, gylcolipids and squalene.
Natural Palm Oil is a rich red colour due to its natural carotenoids: Carotene>500 mg/kg, beta-carotene>275 mg/kg, alpha carotene> 175 mg/kg, natural tocotrienols & tocopherols>800 mg/kg. Features:
