Low sodium cup of soup
I was interested in trying miso soup, however it is generally very high in sodium which I stay away from. So when I saw there was a low sodium miso soup. I decided to try it. Though the salt content is higher than I wanted, I couldn't taste it. I don't like tofu, but it tasted fine in the soup. Overall the flavor of the soup was okay. I would recommend this soup for anyone trying to reduce their salt intake, but don't have time to make soup from scratch. You could use this as a base and add vegetables or other spices.

Must NEED for BAD GUTS
When i have digestion issues - this broth soothes my nauseous stomach. Of course it doesn't taste like a homemade batch but as a regular 'cup a soup'. This is my go too when hungry but my stomach cannot handle anything.

No to Miso
Very disappointing. Sodium may be reduced bit it is still high, It looks miserable sitting there in its cup with its little rubbery blots floating around, and it taste is equally unsatisfactory - it has e very strong odour, not at all like any of the Miso that I have tasted during the time I have spent in Japan.

Wouldn't purchase again
I bought this so that we could have miso on the go. Great idea for kids who like bringing hot drinks in their thermos. This was not delicious, nor did it taste like miso. The tofu was grainy.
