The recommended daily intake of Goji Berries is a small handful (20 to 30g).
They can be eaten as a dry or wet snack (after being soaked overnight). Mix them into cereals, yogurt or blend them into smoothies. Also, add to recipes for muffins and breads or add to soup for a unique added flavour.
Ingredients: Tibetan Goji Berries (Lycium Barbarum).

great product to add to shakes for an added boost of energy and flavour. not a big fan of eating them as is out of the bag, but perhaps if you were to let them soak in some hot water overnight, it may make them a little less chewy. other than that, I would recommend them if you want to add some extra vitamins and minerals to your diet.
