Not completely waterproof and needs more pockets
I like this bag, the capacity is enough to fit what I need, I just wish it was completely waterproof. How is the zipper to the main compartment not covered in any way? It makes the rest of the bag being waterproof moot when the opening right at the top of the bag carrying your important stuff is not protected. If this bag or any of their other hip packs could have a waterproof flap over the main zipper, these bags would be perfect and I would buy all of them. Also PLEASE make hip packs that have a zippered pocked on the BACK of the bag. I’d like to be able to have my phone and wallet closer to my body and easier to access than having it in the front pocket or having to open the main compartment to then access another zippered pocket on the inside.

Great size and durability
I love this bag. It holds more than you might guess. When using as an everyday purse, it handily carries my wallet, cell phone, keys, inhaler, chapstick, eyedrops, sunglasses, headphones and a granola bar or two. I've tested it and it can also handle a 16oz Nalgene, though that's pushing its limits. When traveling, I also add three passports and it doesn't feel overstuffed or too heavy. The slightly padded strap is great. The internal organization is enough without being too much. It's also pretty durable - I wear it while playing at the playground with my toddler, throw it around at the climbing gym, drop it on the floor constantly, etc. It's taken quite a beating but has held up pretty well in terms of not ripping or tearing.

Excellent overall
I am not sure why people commenting on here are not able to just expand the strap a bit lol. Even in the photo with the model you can see that there is a ton of strap that could be expanded. I am a 6’5 man and the strap is generally fine.
In terms of features, the bag only needs a rear zip pocket for a passport, phone, or wallet. Even if it made the bag a bit fatter it would be fine.

Almost perfect
I wish this was smaller and had a back slip pocket, I wish this was just basically the smaller hip pack but in crossbody form. This is just a bit too big.

Just about perfect
I love my bag! I’ve had it for a couple of years and it’s just starting to show a wee bit of wear on the outer fabric. I carry my epipen and medication, wallet, sunnies, a compact shopping bag, kindle, lippy, phone, tissues, hand cream, and sometimes even a small water bottle! It is my full time purse/bag and take it with me for hikes too.
My only criticism: I would really love it if it had a slim back pocket on the outside of the bag for my passport or wallet (as the front pocket doesn’t fit both phone and wallet). I’d also love to have a brown/copper colour option one day. The current orange is too orange for my taste. I prefer my black bag over all the other colour options as it’s nice and neutral. I like straps etc to match the bag, but maybe that’s just a personal thing!

So close to perfect!
Love it but the strap needs to be longer or make a strap that can be purchased separately that’s longer. , It sits at a weird spot and I’m only 5’6” so I’m not sure who it is designed for. Otherwise, I love the bag!

Fantastic Bag
I stopped using a purse and just carry everything I need in this bag. It’s versatile, lightweight, comfortable to wear, and has a surprising amount of storage capacity. Great purchase.
