Directions of Use: Exciting formula that can be
used dry or with a wet brush for an even more intensified, dramatic
effect or liner look. To use dry dip the dry brush directly into the
shadow and position the colors on the eye based on your desired look. To
wear wet, soak the brush entirely in water, then squeeze dry with a
towel, concentrate on loading the brush in one area of the color, load
the brush and apply directly the eye as you would normally with a dry
shadow.
