Dosage: Take 2 tablets with a glass of water approximately 30 minutes before your first meal or mental activity. Caution: Not intended for use by persons under 18. Do not use if you are pregnant or nursing or if you have bipolar disorder or bipolar spectrum disorder. Do not use if you are taking health products that affect blood coagulation (e.g. blood thinners, clotting factor replacements, acetylsalicylic acid, ibuprofen, fish oils, vitamin E) as this may increase the risk of spontaneous bleeding. Consumption with other caffeine containing products (e.g. medications, coffee, tea, colas, cocoa, guarana, maté) is not recommended. This product is not intended as a substitute for sleep. Folate supplementation can mask a vitamin B12 deficiency. If you are unsure whether you are taking enough vitamin B12, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. Do not use if you have allergy to plants of the Apiaceae family. If you have a liver disorder, consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use. Stop use if you develop symptoms of liver trouble such as yellowing of the skin/eyes (jaundice), stomach pain, dark urine, sweating, nausea, unusual tiredness and/or loss of appetite and consult a healthcare practitioner. Rare, unpredictable cases of liver injury associated with green tea extract-containing products have been reported (in Canada and internationally). Do not exceed recommended serving. Improper use of this product will not improve results and is not advised. If you experience irritability or insomnia, discontinue use. Hypersensitivity/allergy is known to occur; in which case, discontinue use. Use only as directed. Do not use if packaging has been tampered with. Store in a cool, dry place (15-30 ºC).
