Seems good but have doubt on safety
I tried to bake cookies once n not sticky. I think it’s good but then I doubt what kind of stainless steel it’s made as it didn’t mention. I then found it’s 18/0, not 18/10 or 18/8. Some say it’s bad and some say it’s ok. Can anyone clarify please?

Finally I Found One!
I have waited and waited to get this item. I kept wanting to purchase but it was always sold out. I finally purchased and am thrilled to be rid of my aluminum pan that’s unhealthy (as the material on the pan was peeling off). Love that it’s stainless steel. However I wish it was bigger. It’s a small size and won’t fit a small size pizza. Maybe a batch of 8 cookies or so.
