Genestra CLA 700 may help to support a modest reduction in fat mass when used with a program of reduced intake of dietary calories and increased physical activity.

Recent research indicates that it may improve body composition by a variety of mechanisms: 1) reduce energy intake; 2) increase energy expenditure; 3) prevent fat cell production; 4) reduce body fat mass.

In a randomized, placebo-controlled trial, supplementation with 3.4 g daily of CLA for six months significantly improved body composition in overweight adults.2,3 CLA supplementation decreased body fat mass by 3.4% and increased lean body mass, which was associated with a reduced waist to hip ratio.

CLA supplementation may also help to maintain body weight following weight loss.

Recommended Dosage: Take 3 softgels 2 times daily with  meals, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. Consult your healthcare practitioner for use beyond 6 months.
