Recommended Dosage: (Adults) Take ¼ sachet four times daily or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. Take with food or immediately after meals. Completely dissolve powder in 1/4 glass of cold water or juice. Allow fizzing to stop before drinking. Take at least two to three hours before or after taking antibiotics. For optimal effect, use for a minimum of four weeks.

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Cellulose, citric acid

Caution: To be taken only on the advice of your health care practitioner. Not to be used following vigorous exercise or acute dehydration (unless administered with an appropriate balance of other mineral salts, e.g. sodium). If you have a kidney or heart condition, or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult your healthcare practitioner prior to use. Do not use with other potassium-containing supplements or with potassium containing salt-substitutes. Discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner immediately if you experience numbness of the extremities, muscle weakness, paralysis, cardiac arrhythmias, low blood pressure, or confusion. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. If you have a kidney or heart condition, history of kidney stones, if you are taking blood thinners, or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult your healthcare practitioner prior to use.

Contra-Indications: Do not use if you have adrenal insufficiency or uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, an immune-compromised condition, or if you are taking any prescription medications especially those which increase serum potassium such as potassium-sparing diuretics or angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitors.

Known Adverse Reactions: May cause nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal cramps; discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner if these symptoms are severe.
