Each teaspoon serving of Liquid Iron provides 15 mg of iron from colloidal ferric pyrophosphate, a highly bioavailable form of iron. Liquid Iron Complex has a delicious natural raspberry vanilla flavour, and is gluten-free, dairy-free, and ideal for vegans.

Recommended Dosage: Adults and Adolescents (9 years and older): Take one teaspoon two times daily with meals, a few hours before or after taking other medications, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. Infants and Children (0-8 years) Take 1/2 teaspoon two times daily with meals, a few hours before or after taking other medications, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
