Recommended Dosage: Mix 1 scoop (40.1 g) of activrecover+ in one to one and a half cups (250-375 mL) of water. For best results take 1 serving immediately after exercising and 1 additional serving 1-2 hours later for maximum effectiveness. Take separately from products containing caffeine (e.g. coffee, cola, etc.). Use for a minimum of 4 weeks.

Caution: Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, following a low protein diet or if you have a kidney disorder or liver disease.
